Electrical requirements:
The machine is supplied with a 3 pin plug which must be connected to a suitable 220-240 v 50 hz 10amp wall socket correctly earthed.
Controls:
The motor switch control is on the left of the control panel. Push down to turn motor on. The element switch (on the right) is isolated i.e. the motor switch is off to avoid the head element being left on accidently. The middle knob is the Floss Control i.e. element heat. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase floss output.
Floss output: Weather and operator experience has a bearing on the operation of any candy floss machine. As an average a confect candy floss machine can produce 3 stick servings per minute.
OR 100grams per minute.
These amounts vairy dependent on the heat setting sugar in the head weather and operator will all play apart in this amount.
